Insert SIM Cards: Unscrew the bottom modem cover tab and place active SIM cards into the appropriate slots.

Mount the Device: Place the unit near an exterior window, desk, or wall mount to secure the highest 3G/4G LTE signal strength.

Connect Antennas: Attach the main, auxiliary (diversity), and GPS antennas to the designated RF connectors on the back panel. Power and Network Connection:

Connect an Ethernet cable into the LAN/PoE port on the FortiExtender.

Connect the other end to an IEEE 802.3af/at compliant PoE port on your FortiGate or switch to deliver power and data over a single cable. If you do not have PoE, use a standard 12V AC power adapter. Phase 2: FortiGate Managed Mode (Recommended)

When connected directly to a FortiGate firewall, the device acts as a plug-and-play extension.
